What a Mess

Bubble wrap may be the trick

to keep my days together.

I’m unhinged,

new cracks in parts

I didn’t know I had.

I was born as damaged goods,

too fragile for real life.

The toughest glue 

runs from my touch,

but still, I’m in one piece.
