It was a request that blew in the front door with used-paper-brown-bag-wrinkled leaves, only noticed by the straw of a broom. It was answered as a small nuisance, a grumble of a no.


It was a second request that blew the front door open. Even the dog raised her head.  It was answered with a shake of the head, a push of a no.


It was a third request that blew the door off its hinges. It shattered the glass. It was answered with a firm and final no, followed by moving the door to the other side of the house.
